Atlantic View Hotel

Great customer service. They are great with people, they always go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are meet. Felt at home right away. Management are always interacting with guest making sure all your needs are met. Mr. Sow and Mr. Shing are amazing. I will definitely recommend Atlantic to friends and family.

I loved tge entire stay. The staff truly takes care of their guests. I felt like part of the family. Super quick service and very clean.

Couple concerns: first of which, the pool is advertised as being 24 hours which is not the case. We were disappointed to get to the hotel to a closed pool. (We brought our kids as this property lists that kids 6 and under are welcome for free with an adult). The hotel said we could use the facilities the next day but then expected payment for use of the facilities. In one area of the pool, a mouse climbed out of the piping. The air conditioner, despite being set to high cool was blowing barely cool air which made sleeping quite difficult. We also purchased tickets for their valentines event at 500,000 fgn (local currency) and we’re advised that it was buffet style available until 2 am. This was in fact not accurate and they stopped serving dinner shortly after 10pm and was not buffet. Lastly, breakfast was meant to be included but they attempted to charge until I advised we booked through expedia. Overall, was a nice facility but there’s definitely room for improvement.
