The staff went above and beyond when our family members suitcase broke and they took it upon themselves to fix it without hesitation!!! And by fix it I mean they added a metal plate, screws and bolding agent. Thank you so much to the exceptional front desk staff as well

The room was 5 star, the amenities also , so close to the Old town only 2 minutes walk. The staff so friendly and happy to help you out wherever you need to go . Despina and Chrisoula were so friendly as they greeted you at the front desk they made you feel like family . I would definitely stay there again massive thumbs up .

Stayed here with our small family (2-year-old child) and we loved this hotel. Very nice room, breakfast, service, pool area, location, etc. They also have a valet service that costs 15 EUR per day, which was totally worth it seeing as parking can otherwise be an issue in central Chania. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice city hotel - Right next to shopping, all the restaurants, cafes and bars in Old town and close to The harbour. The pool is small but very nice. We only saw very few children - hotel is best suites for adults. Bus station is right next door - very practical but also noisy at times.
