Everybody was so polite and helpful, specially with traveling with kids, it was awesome to have the extra hand from the staff

The staff was outstanding, friendly and very attentive to our needs. This was a family trip and had an 18 month old in our party, for which the family suite was perfect.They accommodated all our needs: the rooms are spacious, with a great view of the southern part of La Paz, shopping and great restaurants nearby, radio taxi available at the front desk for a small fee to take you to different parts of town. Make sure to try the delicious breakfast and the meal offerings of the Tranquera restaurant. The menu is varied to meet all palates, vegetarian, food allergies, and also they have excellent Bolivian dishes, a great salad bar, and desserts. Highly recommend it. Will visit again on next trip.
