Stannum Boutique Hotel & Spa

The hotel and staff are absolutely the best. We are a world traveler and stayed in many hotels, but we never had the kind of service we had at Stannum. Carla and Abigail are the nicest people we ever met in our lives. Due to change in our flight we arrived early morning to Stannum, but they were able to arrange a room for us which we needed after almost 18 hours flight. Carla, Abigail, David ( at the restaurant) , the hotel manager and all the staff we met showed us a lot of respect and kindness. Housekeeping is also excellent and every morning they cleaned the room and changed the towels. Stannum is located one of the safest location in La Paz near American consulate. It is just a few minutes away from cable cars for easy transportation around the city. It is in a very convenient location to markets, restaurants, shopping center, bars etc. The breakfast is excellent, it’s open buffet, but you can also order omelets, pancakes etc. They also serve dinner at Tera restaurant and food is excellent with very reasonable prices. Dave ( David) will make everything to satisfy you. Today will be our 6 th night and will stay an additional 2 more nights, a total for 8 nights. Each day and night we have experienced was better previous stays. We especially feel that Carla and Abigail are family members. They also surprised us with a welcome dessert with our native language of Turkish. We love everything and everybody about Stannum.
