Hotel Latini

Location is good, 5 min walk to the Areit lift. Wellness area is nice and new and rooms are clean. We had a bad experience as we arrived late night and were checked into a neighboring hotel (Schüthof) without being informed. It was crappy, the extra bed wasn't prepared and next morning we had to spend a lot of time debating and insisting to get a family room in Latini as we had actually booked and paid for. We received 50% off the first night, but such a shame they didn't just fix it in a convenient way.

The room that was to be a superior room with a king bed and a sofa bed for kids, was instead a very small room with a queen bed and two chairs that turned into beds which left no space in the room at all. When we complained about it (originally they had set up only one chair bed which was not enough with two children) they just added the second one instead of moving us to a larger room. Also we had made a dinner reservation for one of their two restaurants through email and when we showed up to eat they told us that they did not accept reservations for that specific one, so we talked to the manager who at first said it was not possible that we had made the reservation then when we showed it to her she took us to the other restaurant and she offered some drinks for free. Not in the town center (approximately 20 min walk) and not close to the lake either. Close to gondolas for winter sports.
