We had a great family stay in Zell am See. Beautiful town with beautiful surroundings. We had a very pleasant stay in our apartment at the hotel. It was clean and the staff were great. Had a nice swimming pool and excellent spa facilities. We had breakfast one morning. It was okay. The toiletries provided could be improved.

Lovely hotel/apartment. We were in one of older apartments. The decor was traditional ski chalet style and very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of four. Staff were all very polite and friendly and there is an excellent bar area for chilling out after a day on the slopes. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the City Xpress gondola which was brilliant. The kids loved having the pool for a swim early evening, and spa area is lovely and spacious for all.

A nice family-friendly hotel in a very central location. Short walking distance to the ski lift and ski bus. Nice spa area and friendly service.
