Awesome family owned hotel. Both the owners and the staff is super friendly. Great location near the harbour - and really nice beach and pool. Good breakfast also. Clean and fresh facilities allround.

I wish I could give a higher rating that five for staff and service. Not only is this a beautiful hotel with superb facilities, including a private beach, but it is also run by the most fantastic family for whom nothing is too much trouble. Saranda as a destination is incredibly safe and the promenade is stunning. This hotel just added to our wonderful holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff all speak English, it is only a four minute walk from the ferry terminal and the beds are so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

What we loved about the hotel: The management, very personal and manageable yummy breakfast buffet, the location (it's in an upscale neighborhood and can walk to all the restaurants and entertainments), proximity to the beach (right in front), the appointments in the suite including the gorgeous views, and the resident turtle family that loved being fed cucumbers. What we disliked: noting. It was the most memorable place, and we have stayed in some of the most upscale hotels around the world.
