Glow Boutique Hotel & Suites

Glow Boutique is exactly that it’s a gorgeous boutique hotel with a stunning roof top pool with panoramic views. Everything from when we arrived was perfect from the guys helping with our cases down the flight of stairs to when we both unfortunately got sick they went above and beyond, the staff here are so friendly and welcoming the lovely lady in reception was just so caring. The hotel itself is so clean and tidy lovely flowers and the decor is gorgeous. They even have a little boutique gelato ice cream shop attached to the hotel which is lovely. Breakfast is all laid out lovely and labelled and they have a good variety the omelette is so good! We stayed in the junior executive suite with sea view this is on the second floor it’s a very partial sea view as there are trees that do block the view however the room was lovely and comfortable and the tress are pretty so no complaints.

This is gorgeous! We had a bad experience because the rooms weren’t accurately described. We requested separate beds and only one bed was available at check in. So we had to pay 46 euros more for a room with 2 beds. The next night the suite says it sleeps 4 and has a pull out bed. We were told we couldn’t use it because it’s only for a child 12 and under. This is not described anywhere in the descriptions of the room. I was forced to book another room for the night.

Everything was beautiful, nice and new hotel very chic and modern, excellent location next to the most beautiful beaches of Sarandë . The pool at the roof is fab with stunning views and the most beautiful sunsets.But the most important that made my holiday was the staff , you would never find the most polite cheerful and caring staff team. I had a health problems the day that i arrived, but they were so caring and looked after me all the time, i can’t be more grateful. I travel to a lot of 5 stars hotels around the world and I would give 5 star to this Hotel as well. I would also like to give special Thank you to the Manager Qazim and one more guy I don’t know his name, and also the receptionist Angela and all the others that look after me and my kids during my short stay. I can highly recommend this hotel
