We really enjoyed the king suite with our toddler. It’s great to have the extra space when they were asleep. There was only an extra blanket for the pull out sofa and no pillows. When I asked about getting pillows only 1 was found/available. Otherwise a great stay!

The staff there is friendly, helpful.. we have seen some holes on the curtain and the bed sheets are ripped. Rowdy kids playing in the pool without parents present.

Came from out of town to visit grandkids for a birthday, we've stayed before and we love it, the beds and pillows are the best, accomodations for family are great, won't stay anywhere else

We were there due to a family emergency. We checked in at 9:30PM. After my exhausted husband grabbed us greasy food from the local Burger King, and we were in bed, a Portage police officer showed up AT OUR HOTEL ROOM DOOR, accusing my husband of drunk driving (he wasn't and the cop left without charging him). The front desk allowed them to come to our room. That is an invasion of our privacy and a huge security risk. Just think - anyone could walk in, say they're a cop and the hotel just let's them in. Unbelievable. I'll NEVER stay here or at ANY of their locations ever again. And if you value your safety and privacy, you'll do the same.

Terrible. Start by trying to use the hot tub. Cold water and one working jet. Twenty children came in to use the pool and shrieked and dived while their parents sat on the patio outside smoking. The ONE kid working was three deep in check ins at the desk so he was no help Try to relax in the room. TV remote has a delay then just scans through so finding something to watch is frustrating. Not that you can hear it over the air conditioner that barely works On the up side the room was clean even if the halls smelled like a mushroom farm. Walls fairly soundproof. Kind of afraid to try breakfast in the morning. For what they charge they could do better.

Best hotel in the Portage area. The rooms were clean and they were accommodating with our request to have a certain room. Our room had a king bed and the only thing I would change would be having a couple of extra pillows or bigger pillows for the bed. We have family in the area so we’ll be staying again in the future.

Check out time was 11:00, but due to a family emergency, we needed to stay later. The staff didn't even hesitate to let us stay past 11 and even told us to take our time. It really meant a lot.
