Heritage Hills Golf Resort

The room was very clean and spacious, although a little dark, possibly due to the very high ceilings. Reception was quite helpful and friendly and had useful recommendations for local attractions. They allow late checkout if you request it and availability permits. The on-site mini golf course was a fun way to spend a little down time with the teens. There is also a homemade ice cream shop (Sweet Willows Creamery) a few minutes walk from the resort with traditional, vegan, and non-dairy options. The on-site bar and restaurant had live music Saturday night while we stayed at the property, so that was a welcome touch to a late dinner at the Ale House. I recommend this resort for families/ people traveling with children or teens. If you golf, this looks like a well-maintained course and they have an outdoor driving range as well.

We were only there for about 10 hours. It's pretty dated, but it's clean and comfortable. There were alot of families there and we were woken up around 1am by some teenagers yelling in the hall outside our room.

Stayed in room 207. Smoky odors noted in room. I had a Nintendo Switch, but could not plug it into TV without an extension power cord. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was pretty nice. Parking and check in were smooth and easy. Shower had good water pressure. AC unit was hit and miss, I set it at 66 and was still reading 74, a bit warm for how hot it was. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for my purposes, may be good for a golfer pr family staying in the area.

All the staff were professional, very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet, even with a family next door. I loved the lobby decor. We had a beautiful view of the putting green, driving range, and the first tee. If I’m ever back in York PA, this is where we will stay.

Overall it was a pleasant stay for our family of four. The hotel is a bit dated, and the heating system in our room was very loud, but the room was clean and comfortable. The property location is safe and convenient. We were able to go tubing on-site at AvalancheXtreme, get changed in our room and walk right downstairs to dinner. It suited our needs nicely and we would stay there again.

I like to stay here with my family, is a very nice place, quiet,safe,very clean and very comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately, we had a problem with the room itself. The microwave would not stop beeping so we had to unplug it when we first got there. Then when we got back from dinner, the TV was not working so we called the front lobby and the night auditor came down and said cable was out and there’s nothing they could do about it, but that they would let the front desk know in the morning and we would be compensated. During the night there was a loud beeping noise that went off almost every hour and kept us awake all night. Overall very disappointing. Very little sleep and unfortunately not going to be recommending this place to any of my friends and family.
