Encore Resort at Reunion

It was terrible from the first start you go into the house there’s no utensils no kitchen towels also for kids instead of glass plates and plastic or it can break it wasn’t expected to be It was extremely hot in the first floor also, the bathroom sink was clogged. They had a set temperature to 78. The next day I order Stan fan at 11am didn’t receive it until 6 pm was it took 3 phone calls just to make sure I got one. Also they don’t give you enough towels only what they expect you to have two downstairs and two of each of the rooms so they want you to wash towels every day you’re not there to watch towels on your vacation , also you had to pay extra for a propane don’t know why, but it should be provided like every resort that I’ve been with also no beach towels or pool towel's in the room. You have to go to the waterpark and get the towels to me is the worst resort that I’ve been to in the house that you have to provide for everything.

Very nice and kids friendly

The homes were absolutely gorgeous and spacious. But, there were pests. We saw a roach in different parts of the home on 4 of the 5 nights we were there...and 2 lizards...and a worm...The water park, was great for the kids/teens. Check-in and out was an easy process. I would definitely like to come back - but maybe try a roachless home next time.

Perfect for families of all ages.

Definite step up vacation, beautiful area, well maintained. House is big and everyone has their own room. Play area upstairs was great for kids to have separate place to play video games or kids movie night. The fos ball table was neat activity and the giant bean bag chairs were loved.

Cockroaches! We were hopefull at first, this place looks amazing when you first arive. However after several days we noticed how poorly maintained these units are, and how many critters were staying with us. The last 2 nights of our 5 night stay was spent sleeping through the beeps of a dieing smoke alarm. Yes we called the front desk many times and no they will not pickup past first shift (any time you get back from the parks). The real breaking point was the cockroache that fell into my kids cereal the last morning we were here. The staff (when you get ahold of them) are nice and are willing to work with us but honestly at the rates we paid sleepless nights and infestation should not be in the cards. Also there are centipedes everywhere, your towels, the pantry, sofas, the ceilings. Just find somewhere else the 90 degree private pool is not worth it.

Encore was kind enough to upgrade our stay which was very kind. When we arrived we could no get into the front door due to the door was having issues getting stuck no matter how many times we used the code provided. We had to call for assistance and the door would still occasionally get stuck. The pool area and the TV sitting room area had a lot of trash laying around. Thankfully staff was very helpful and understanding and cleaning the pool twice with a $50 credit to one of their stores. Overall our summer stay with family was great and would stay again.

Summer vacation June 2024 We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and spacious. Quiet resort, and the kids enjoyed the pool and water park.

The property was nice and clean. My children loved the pool!

My family truly enjoyed the property. Our only concern was the pool was not clean. The waterpark was within walking distance, and great attractions within driving distance.
