We were in winter park for a wedding reception. Many of us stayed at the Vintage Hotel. Pia was SO helpful in getting our room close to our children and their kids.

Cleanliness and property is good. But air conditioning is not working and we are getting suffocated. Opened the door to sleep and not worthy with kids

Great location! Beds were so comfotable! Rooms were great, everything you could possibly need. My only compliant is the shower's hot and cold options, one minute im enjoying a nice warm shower and before I know it,it switches to ice cold, then eventually back to hot. I take pretty quick showers anyways, but itd switch to cold within 5 mins. Most of the front desk were friendly, some not so helpful, seemed more annoyed by me asking questions, but ive neer been to winter park so what do they expect?! Seems super dog friendly so thats a huge plus, i didnt bring my 4 legged children this time, but I will for my next trip!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is certainly 'vintage,' but it has a charm. We liked the hot tub. We will for sure come back with the whole family.

Chose for location, dining and pool. Pool was full of baseball kids upon arrival. Was supposed to open at 830, was closed due to maintenance due to night before so that was disappointing. It didn't open back up till we. Had to checkout . Then no dining I guess cause off season? Only coffee was Keurig. Had to drive back into winter Park for dinner and breakfast at least it was only 3 miles but when you are tired from traveling, 3 miles feels long. Upside clean and friendly staff. Downside, kids baseball tournament had to knock on wall to quiet them. They stopped so just kids having fun.

We have stayed at The Vintage Hotel several times. It is a nice property and we feel the price is right. This time we were in a studio room with a small kitchenette. This extra space made it so comfortable and convenient to make a big breakfast for our day of skiing. We LOVE the cabriolet that takes us directly to Winter Park Village. I have one caveat - ask for a room away from the pool if the noise from the pool and hot tub will bother you. We actually enjoyed listening to people have a great time and it quiets down immediately at closing time, so it was not a problem for us but might be for some families.

It’s my second time staying in this hotel and I absolutely love it. Hopefully it will become one of our family traditions to visit Winter Park every few years. I love all the activities close by, you can walk to them, no need to get in your car. The staff in this hotel is great! Everyone greets you with a smile, at any time during the day, and they treat you with kindness and you can tell it’s all genuine, nothing forced. Thank you for making my vacation great!

The front desk staff was horrible. Rude and unwelcoming to our family. The upside here is the location, it is ideal. The rooms are below average but for the price it was fine. The only other thing I’d mention is there is no AC. Maybe in years past this would be ok, but it’s now 2023 and it get HOT in WP. it was 80 and our room was sweltering, to the point where we could go to sleep until nearly midnight with the fan on. Not ideal.

Very nice hotel. The staff were excellent. The room was nice and large. My family all seemed to enjoy their rooms. I would definitely stay there again.
