I recently stayed here for a night with family and would describe my experience as average. I personally did not like the neighborhood where it is located at, the property itself feels a bit dated. The rooms were clean, but the overall décor and furnishings, including the beds and bathroom, are clearly showing their age. The bathroom was functional but could use some modernization—the fixtures were old, and the shower pressure was just okay. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was satisfactory. If the hotel could invest in updating the rooms and amenities, it would significantly improve the guest experience. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you're not too picky.

There is a $10 fee for parking, not a big deal but just annoying and seems like a money grab. The walls are incredibly thin. We had a neighbor that quite literally talked loudly until 6am keeping most of my family awake. We called the front desk around 1am and they asked them to be quieter but nothing happened. I would warn against booking here because of how noisy it is. If you get a neighbor who is noisy, you can make out entire conversations. Not worth the price and we will not be coming back.

The room is very nice. But there are kids running around up and down the halls on every floor. I don’t blame the hotel, but I wish the parents of these kids were better parents and I wish the hotel staff would have done something about the noise. I also wish there was lotion available.

Chose to stay here while we visited family in Colorado Springs and absolutely loved our stay. This will be on the list to stay again! The beds were firm, the bedding luxurious, I got really good sleep! We had a 2Q + fold out couch suite and it was long enough for the kiddos to have a little run space. Only negative was that (due to room layout) as soon as we folded out the couch, no one could move around the "common area" very well. But we had a tiny kitchenette in the common area so we could reheat leftovers and rinse out coffee cups and water bottles. Breakfast was hot with oatmeal and fixins (nuts, dried fruit, granola and chocolate chips), flippy waffles makers, eggs and breakfast meat (first day was bacon and 2nd day was sausage.) Hot and plentiful! And of course, hubby's favorite part was the Chuppa Chup suckers at the front desk.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times. This past stay was completed different than the other times. One, housekeeping didn’t clean our room the whole stay ( we asked them to come back both times and they never did). And breakfast was horrible this time, the eggs were like rubber.. pretty gross.
