Palm Canyon Resort

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! This was the worst and most disgusting experience ever. We stayed here Friday to Monday and the room we had (Palm Building) was absolutely disgusting. The carpet has got to be a hazard, it smells like old moldy wet towels and it's black when you can tell it should be like green with brown pattern. Not even 5 minutes into going to our room our feet, especially my toddler's were completely black at the bottom. When we requested a different room they stated they had no other rooms available and instead gave us 6 bed sheets to lay out on the floor. They advertise that they provide infant/toddler cribs but it's pack and plays which really wasn't an issue until they brought us 4 DIFFERENT (in a span of 3 hours waiting for them to bring it) play pins and all of them were broken. At the end we were given one missing the center bottom leg and were told if that one didn't work then there wasn't anything else they could do. The bathrooms are so old and there was molding along the outside of the tub. After all this happened we asked for a refund so we could leave to a different resort but unfortunately we booked through Hotels.com so we couldn't get a refund. Pools are decent, one pool goes from 3 to 5 feet and the one with the slides goes from 1 1/2 feet to 4 feet. My kids (ages 12 to 1) enjoyed the slides, just a bummer that the slides are only open from 9 to 5 (closes at 10). We got food at the bar once, 1 chicken salad & 1 Pina colada $40.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom and it was pretty old both toilets got backed up the air-conditioning was not working in 2 rooms the brought us a fan livingroom furniture was scary dirty the rug was filty it left my grandchildren socks so dirty and one of the doors fell just not what i expected for $800 i did complain at front office they said they were sorry but we were in the building that needs to be renovated and offered me a $25 free food coupon thats the best she could do and also no parking we had to park almost a block away awful!

The hotel was nice . Pool area was nice my kids enjoyed the stay here .

Our stay was amazing great hotel and the pool is amazing. Love that they close the pool till 10pm.also the staff were friendly the rooms can use a update but other than that prices are good and kid friendly place

Me and my family stayed for a day ..we really wanted to enjoy the Pool but it was closed the hold time we we’re there do to weather conditions! The hold building was shut down with no power, no electricity in the entire building…the room was very nice but it was very inconvenient not to be able to enjoy the pool site!!

There were no towels at the pool. I had to walk my 2 kids (4 yrs old and 17 months old) up to the room without towels. It became a big slipping hazard which my 17 month old did slip and fall 2 times. I was told I need to go back up to my room (after getting in the water) to get towels leaving me with no towels to shower in. Called and asked for a crib at 5pm and nothing. Called again at 8pm and they finally brought one at 8:30pm. You aren’t allowed to bring a cooler which is absolutely ridiculous considering it was 120 degrees out. My daughter still drinks milk and wasn’t able to bring it in. She also had dietary restrictions due to her seizures and I couldn’t bring anything in for her. I have been here a handful of times and probably won’t return. We actually left a night earlier because it was getting ridiculous.

This is safe area for family vacation

If you drive a truck or suv you have to park on the street. Slide for kids has a height limit, not listed on the website. Pools are pretty warm. Prices for restaurant pool cafe a bit steep

Air condition and refrigerator did not work when we got there air-conditioning got fixed. Refrigerator was fix but, did not work until the day before we left. I use to come here when I was a kid and brought my my kids and now bringing my grandkids and it’s not the same people leave their trash all in the hallway.
