Hotel and room were clean and comfortable, but a little small for a family of 4. Price was very fair all things considered. Unfortunately pool was out of service when we stayed. Traffic was a little noisy on the back side of the hotel facing the freeway on ramp. Location was good, very close to food and shopping, also walkable to Disney.

We just stayed at this hotel for 7 nights (family of 4). Generally speaking, I would definitely recommend this hotel. A few notes and details though:
- Included breakfast: the options don't change, but there are a few to chose from. Typical waffles, eggs (fried and hard boiled), sausage patties, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, etc. The area is clean and when an item runs out, it is quickly replenished. It is also included, which is a big deal. Breakfast for 4 at the nearest IHOP was >$120 USD...so we took advantage of this "free" breakfast every day.
- Rooms are clean as is the hotel.
- We used the pool and it was great (warm and clean).
- Noise: We were on the 5th floor (top floor) on traffic side, and yes, it is loud. We live in the city and are used to city noises, but this is cars racing at all times of the night (i.e. loud noise of cars gearing up), so it did wake us up.
- Elevators: there's only 1 (out of 2) elevators working. So we took the stairs when we could (it's very slow and busy in the morning with people checking out and/or going to breakfast).
- Staff are really nice and accommodating.
- Room cleaning is by request only. I actually prefer this as it means that we didn't have to tidy up each morning, and there is less concern for items going missing. We requested the room be cleaned once (before 10:00 am) and it was done the same day. Perfect.
- Parking is included and lots of spaces (always had a spot).
- Walking to Disney is 20ish minutes.

PROS: Bed was very comfortable, room was nice, front desk staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was WAY more than coffee and a muffin. We used the ART system (great app), shuttles to and from Disneyland daily, and even used their new EVE John Wayne Airport (SNA) pickup service (at 10:30 pm) for half the cost of UBER.
CONS: We didn't understand that room cleaning had to be requested before 10 am, so the trash filled up and the supplies dwindled before I figured that out. TO BE CLEAR I'm very supportive of this approach as it avoids the wasteful laundering of many items, improves security and reduces the cost of my room. It just needed to be communicated better. If you are bothered by the odd hair in the bathtub (I'm not) then you might want to book elsewhere. There is no hotel shuttle to Disneyland and it is a pretty long walk, especially at the end of a long day. However the ART stop is only a block away. The neighborhood is a bit dingy, with homeless folks sleeping on the street, but we were never approached for handouts and never felt unsafe.
BOTTOM LINE: we would stay here again if we got a good rate (like we did), but would only make it a qualified recommendation to friends and family.

We selected this hotel because of its value compared to other hotels and the somewhat close proximity to Disneyland. It's about a 20 minute walk. It will best to take Uber to and from the park especially if you have young kids.
Our room was comfortable but a little dated. My only complaints are the door hardware needs replacing and we found gum on our carpet.
Breakfast buffet was decent but does get crowded, especially an hour before service ends.
We probably would stay again, if there are no cheaper alternatives closer to the park.

Good access to Disneyland, only complain is the noise from highway as its too close to it.
Other than that a good value for a family stay near Disneyland

My family of 4 stayed here for the weekend and went to the beach and Knotts Berry Farms. This hotel was so nice and accommodating. The service was friendly, the rooms were clean, the continental breakfast is nice with a good selection my teenage girls both were able to find something they wanted and fill up each day, and the free parking is a HUGE plus. The hotel is in a great safe location where nothing was too far away, I think the most we had to drive was 20-25 minutes (with traffic). We will for sure be staying here again when we come back to town.

This hotel was close to Disneyland. We walked to the Toy Story parking lot and got on the bus there.
The staff at the hotel were friendly. On checkin, they gave us a map and outlined the route to walk to Disney, if we chose to walk the full way.
The breakfast at the hotel was decent. I’m not a fan of eggs and stuff in general but the rest of my family enjoyed it. It was nice having a guaranteed meal of the day.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good and we had no issues. Some of the furniture seemed a little worn (desk chair, quilt). For the price and location, it was great. I would stay here again.
