Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort

Been back many times. Great for a family with 2 queen beds and garden view. Beach is fab and also enjoyed the gym..

The property is huge! Is was very quiet and relaxing. My family of 4 had a great time. We enjoyed the pools. The only thing I would recommend is maybe new TV's. Normally wouldnt care, as we are hardly in the room but this trip we were planning to get room service and just relax in bed. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We'll definitely go back.

There was no prayer mat in the room The washroom had a window in the room and with blinds - Family with kids find it very strange as kids might be looking from the blinds if the adult is in the washroom - not good for kids. I had "Hilton Gold membership" and the guy at the reception didn't tell me that breakfast is complimentary for me, resulting in me eating breakfast outside on my first day.

Overall decent stay for the price. Dated rooms and facilities. Place was more suited to families then solo/couples.

Stayed in a beachfront property that was bright and airy, we’d initially been put in a property close to pools with lots of families/kids outside and so we were grateful to be moved down the beach to a quieter spot. Noise from other guests on the beach is really down to luck and some days we were luckier than others but the space itself was wonderful. The staff are fantastic, everywhere we went there were friendly and helpful workers keen to do a great job and make the trip an all round joy. Highlights were the Italian restaurant, the breakfast options in the lobby’s cafe, and above all, the spa treatments and staff. Some of the facilities could have used a refresh, specifically the steam room, but the salt grotto was fantastic. My friend and I got himilayan salt warm stone massages and they were incredible. My therapist, Zuali, created a perfectly relaxing environment and then massaged out all of the stress from my body. It was such a dreamy 90 minutes and incredible value for money, I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Great family facilities

We had booked our stay at the resort for 3 night on half board. The room was good and staff were very friendly. However was very very disappointed with the food selection. The room service menu was very limited and not much options. all 3 dinner buffet we had were very standard and very very disappointing. main course was mainly consisting of one dish each of veg, fish, chicken and beef. on the last night, the dinner buffet was the worse. there was plain spaghetti in kids section; and ; white sauce spaghetti and tomato shaghetti in main section. the sauce in main section was so basic that even a novice cook would have done a better job. there was no seasoning or anything to it. Just basic. for a 5star resort, and the price , we surely were very disappointed with the food and feel normal hotels might have provided better options and taste. We ended up eating cup noddles in the room.

Great resort if you want family environment with pools and beach . It is a good hour and a half if you want to visit dubai centre.

Nice place, confortable rooms, many pools and a beach perfect for children, very calm sea. Not so good: food really overpriced, about 100€ simple dinner for 2... (5 minutes taxi ride can take you to mall or local restaurants at acceptable prices); be aware of mosquitoes in the area, a serious problem, and we didn't saw them doing nothing like fumigating or so...

The property was very beautiful . But the service in and around the pool was terrible . There is no separate kids menu ? The toilets around the pool area around the beach club were very dirty ! There was no beach toys for the kids on the beach .. which is a norm at most 5star hotels . The frequency of buggies between the rooms and restaurants was very poor .. which made getting around difficult . The staff in the breakfast restaurant was very good in stark contrast .. particularly “Dimple” who was very courteous and hard working . The staff in the tree house were very good with the kids !
