Ghaya Grand Hotel

My family and I visited Dubai for the first time from California, USA in February 2024. We stayed in the city apartment at the Vintage Grand Hotel. A huge thank you to our house keeper Hassan for helping us everyday. He provided us everything we needed, asked us of our well-being, and recommended things to do while visiting. Overall, the place was clean and had many amenities that we utilized such as a big pool, two restaurants, lounge, cafe, pharmacy, and a store that had everything. We enjoyed the Al Mawal lounge where they served hookah(Shisha) and alcoholic drinks. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Another thank you to Saud and Gulu from Rayna tourism company(they have an area in the main lobby of the hotel) who helped with booking tickets for the attractions such as Global village, Miracle garden, and butterfly garden. Saud and Gulu also helped with accommodating transportation which made our trip smooth. We would recommend this place for your stay.

It was 7 days family trip and the start was really good. The location was not so convenient, but it was ok to take a taxi to go to those visiting spots. There was nothing much around the hotel like coffee shop, restaurants and etc. The room was clean and tidy. My parents were satisfied with almost everything. All the staffs were so kind and nice except one reception staff whose name was Anila(?) or Anita Indian lady. She was so rude and not helpful when I spoke to her about my problem. She seemed not to care about customer service. It was so unpleasant to talk to her. She ruined my 6 days good experience with the Vintage grand hotel on my last day. I had to come home with such unpleasant experience which was so bad.
