Kistar Cave Hotel

The hotel has a very beautiful view on Pigeon Vally, and excellent view of Balloons rising at the sun rise from the nearby Gureme city. The rooms have not TV's and that was good as it forces you to enjoy your vacation with family... The breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 11 AM, by the owners themselves with many organic dishes.

It was a great location to stay as it was quiet with beautiful scenery by the view of pigeon alley away from central of Cappadocia. During sunrise, we're able to catch the view of the hot air balloon. The boss, Mr Muhammad and his wife was really kind and humble. Never failed to greet us every day and made us felt at home. The receptionists, Murat and Gülden were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our family members and friends. We will definitely come back here again! Thank you for making our stay a splendid one! We felt much love from all of you.

Great views of the valley and hot air balloons. Staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of my family. The cave room was also really interesting and comfortable.

It has a unique view of pigeon valley with good views of hot air balloons. It isn’t peaceful and the family room is perfect for big groups. The staff is helpful and hospitable.
