Very nice stay close to Kayseri airport. Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. Room was good for our family of 5. However. AC was only available in the main room and not in the inside bedroom. AC was pretty weak even at the highest setting
I don’t think it will be sufficient for summer stay.

Good value for money but the hotel is not well maintened. Balcony is not safe for kids. No one cleaned our room on our second day. Swimming pool is really cold. Someone left his food tray in the stairs on our first day and it stayed there until we left. Not sure if eventually someone removed it. The hotel looks understaffed. Breakfast is so so. There was also a very bad smell outside the hotel on our second day, it was impossible to open the window with such smell. Next time I would rather stay in a hotel closer to downtown. This hotel has potential thought but they need to maintain it properly.

This was hands down one of the best hotel me and my family stayed at. Everything from the Room to amenities to staff were Excellent, it's 5 mins walk to Tram and a nice restaurant. The daily breakfast had numerous choice of items. The Owner & Staff were super-friendly and made our stay very pleasant. This will be my Go-to hotel if I am ever in Kayseri again!!!
