They are friendly when you talk to them, but they never greet you in the hallways, we had to ask for a high chair each morning at breakfast instead of getting one offered, and when cutlery dropped they just left it on the floor, both coffee machines for breakfast gave warnings for 'deep cleaning of the milk parts', they said "just click the error away" etc. - Generally, the place is old and not well taken care of - The rooms are dirty, especially with drawings on the walls, stains in the curtains, etc. - It is impossible to get a drink at the pool, you have to walk inside and find someone to help you - Extremely child-unfriendly, both in terms of food and the -only- play area with some slides etc. hidden away from everything else

It was an amazing hotel, with the shopping centre right next to the hotel. Bathrooms need an upgrade, but not bad at all. Breakfast was lovely. Central cooling was not working, but left window open. Lovely garden and play area for kids.

Imagine arriving at a hotel on a hot summer day two hours after this normal check-in time (4pm, room delivery time is 2pm), but you have to wait about two hours for room delivery. Twice during this time you ask the hotel staff for tea and disinfectant, but your order is not taken seriously. I paid for three adults, but I was given a double room with an extra bed, but all the facilities (including towels, etc.) were for two people. I asked to clean the room, but it was ignored! The hotel facilities are great, but not the staff! Sorry it was not a good experience for me and my family! Do not repeat my mistake, the facilities of a complex along with the good attitude of its staff are useful.
