We picked this hotel for its central location and pool and it was a lovely stay for our family for one night. The pool was very busy but the staff worked to find us spots together and the recommendation by the valet for planning our trip to Ephesus was spot on. We were greeted with wine and fruit and definitely felt the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to the waterfront which is great to meander and have dinner - the area was safe. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the Izmir area!

I had an amazing time at this property. Everyone was very sweet and moving my room was smooth. Happy to leave a glowing review for Ayse who was absolutely amazing, and for Oznur, Balca, as well! Overall 10/10. I was travelling solo and felt very safe and comfortable in a huge hotel that made me feel like family.

Great service, hotel was clean, towels clean and bed super comfy. I slept like a baby. The staff super helpful and friendly and outstanding costumer service. Breakfast was excellent.

It was a pleasure for me to stay in this hotel, the location and amenities were amazing. The staff were the best part. Every one took such good care of me was wonderful experience, the staff had a very family atmosphere for such big hotel amazing experience

Me. Rhea who checked us in was wonderful and accommodating. The noise from the AC machines above the buildings is not pleasing esp. if you are in building C. The air when you open the balcony is not fresh even when you are at the garden side. Rooms need dead bolt to prevent toddlers from escaping. The in room menu needs more variety of healthy options
