Excellent customer service is the lifeblood of any org. and Empathy breeds understanding, if customer feels understood, will feel valued. great location, Bistro and Cafe staff were the best,food was delicious every single time with reasonable price, all the staff were very nice and helpful, and i think all what i said and experienced at this place is due to an effective management, i truly felt as member of a family and not as number at my previous 5 star hotel. Thanks for having me :)

It's an amazing place, brilliant and friendly staff. With a lot of other facilities, staff treat you as you're part of a family. This place is definitely the one to go to. I'd definitely go back myself.
