Pros : We stayed in the junior suite and the view was beautiful. The location is great. The concierge was great at recommending restaurants . Cons : My son slept on the extra bed provided and was very badly bitten by bedbugs. It has been such a terrible experience for our holiday. The electricity kept tripping in the room and we were with no power for more than 2 hours in-spite of repeated calls to the front desk. Eventually we ourselves had to look for the electricity box and switched it back on ourselves. Not what I expected from DoubleTree .

Rooms were old and not clean. I had a junior suite and It was expensive but they wouldn’t clean our room everyday, I had to call and ask for it. No Napkin in the room no extra toilet paper…old dirty carpet. Staff were nice and friendly and the location was very good but just because it’s a five-star hotel doesn’t mean it’s clean.
