Fer Hotel

Couldn’t wish for a better location for our family trip in Istanbul. Walking distance to the main sights in Sultanahmet, but still relatively quiet. Rooms were large and well-appointed. The wifi had a lightning speed. Room was clean and bedding was replaced daily (maybe not necessary). Complementary water and coffee/tea. Staff is absolutely amazing, extremely courteous and very professional. The only downside is the level of maintenance. The sofa in the room had coffee (?) stains, one of the socket panels fell off, wood panelling in the room had visible glue leakage, the table was chipped, and when i lost a pen in a chair, i found out that breadcrumbs have not been vacuumed from it… probably ever. Having said this, it was by far the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in in Istanbul, and i will surely be back again

I travelled with my wife and 2 children, and we were all very happy with our stay. Everything in this hotel is as described, with the best hotel beds I’ve ever seen. The location was also perfect if you want to stay in the Sultanahmet area, only 2-3 minutes walk from everything. The staff were also very helpful in every way, especially Erhan, who made our stay in Fer Hotel much better.

Staff was friendly, professional, family had a lovely experience, added bonus great location, walking distance for most of the sites, Grand Bazaar. Etc..

We loved the proximity to the tram, shopping, and local landmarks from this hotel. The interior was so sleek and modern, and you could tell this place was new. The staff were so friendly at all times! The breakfast buffet was delicious and always clean and stocked up. Would highly recommend this hotel to any friends and family we know that are traveling to Istanbul soon!

A lovely hotel, with lovely service. Everything close by. We booked a junior suite. To be honest i wouldnt class this as a suite. Its more of a large room. It was lovely nonetheless but a little deceiving.

Best location, service, cleanliness, friendly. I was with my family for 3 nights. My family was extremely happy.

The entire staff treated me like part of their personal family. Every time I asked for assistance they went out if their way to make sure I not only understood; but even showed me the way. You won’t be disappointed with the personalized and professional serve they provide. Ed

Wow! The FER exceeded all expectations and myself, my husband and two small children were extremely pleased with our stay. The location you can not fault, a few minutes from the Grand bazaar, and the beautiful mosques. The staff were always helpful and cheerful. Anytime they would help my husband and myself with the pram, luggage and entertaining the kids when we were busy talking to staff members. Ibrahim always went the extra mile and always had suggestions for places we could visit. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. We untitled the empty terrace when we got takeaway during the day and it was lovely. I would recommend this beautiful, modern and clean hotel to all. Hopefully we will be back in the future.
