Nice stay with my family residence

My family had a great time.

I have booked chairman suite room for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was any extra bed once we checked in to the room and also there was not a space for 2 extra beds. They changed our room and there were other guesta in the new room once we arrived. Even after this issues did not stop: in the new room window was not closing. So they moved us to third room. It took 1.5 hour to give us a room with 4 bed as they promised in the booking. The breakfast is terrible also. This hotel should get 2 star, thats all.

Anytime I would shower or my husband the water would flood the bathroom. As well I gave my kids baths and the bathtub water would flood the bathroom. I was actively trying to keep the water in the shower/tub, but still water everywhere. As far as the staff at reception, anything bought from hotel cash only and they kept fighting with us because we did not have cash. In the end they were like credit card okay then. The reception was not friendly. However, the restaurant (Turkish) the staff was very friendly and polite! There was a very nice kids area.

I stayed at wanda Vista Hotel for six days with my family end of May ,absolutely amazing place for kids and grown-ups they have all the facilities from swimming pool to the spa which is amazing place For massage and relaxation …the play area for the kids my youngest loved playing there every day. Very professional staff and communication with them was easy they all speak good English specially the manager at front desk Burak his professionalism is beyond ! always ready to help he even upgraded us to a bigger space family rooms and I can’t thank him enough for making our stay enjoyable. I have to mention as well it’s very rare to find a hotel for families with a washing machine in Istanbul but Wanda Vista Hotel has got it all. The cleaning lady HANDAN was so friendly and knows what she’s doing when it comes to cleaning. SEREF how can we forget him, he was the guy to call the taxis and help you with your luggage and many more ,polite quiet person always on the go. There are lots of shopping places you can walk to if the weather is good around the hotel most of them are malls and outlets. The only downfall is the location of the hotel If you are a tourist coming for the first time to Istanbul it’s far from downtown and tourist attractions you need to have a car or use a taxi. I wanna end this by saying thank you Wanda Vista Istanbul for making our holiday more special ❤️

Hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Only problem is our room was not ready and we waited more than 2 hours after check in to get to our room. I booked the hotel couple weeks ago. If you have available rooms to book for that days, you need to make it ready for that time. 2 hours is a lot when you traveling with kids. Especially if you have flight after few hours.
