The hotel is not a five star hotel but it is clean and lies central in a market/shopping center, so if you like shopping it is an ideal place. It was not easy to come to the hotel due to its location and the parking place is outside the hotel area but it is free. We are family and had a lot of luggage but the young boy working at the hotel (and who served us breakfast in the period 20-222 July) was very kind and helped us to move the luggage. The young boy was very active and helpful.

Great location. Staff is super fantastic and gave us the feeling of a family staying in their place. Most of the staff speaks English also so it was easy to communicate. Hotel is very clean and neat and very well maintained. Free Parking is available 24x7 a block away from the hotel. I would love to stay here for my future visits to Bursa. Missing it already :-)
