Divan Ankara

From the moment you walk in the door, you know that you are being taken care of by a professional establishment. My husband and I were VERY IMPRESSED with the level of care and professionalism coming from all members of the Divan team. The personal note and gift waiting in our room was a lovely touch and we appreciated the hotel having the baby crib installed in the room by the time we arrived. The cleaning staff took excellent care of our room daily. The buffet breakfast was nice and the environment was relaxing. We will DEFINITELY return to Divan when staying in Ankara again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so great!

My reservation on expedia for non-smoking and 2 bed room. While during check in they give me 1 bed room. I told them I am with my 4 years old kid I need 2 beds after that they changed my room to first floor room which this floor has all rooms are smoking rooms and smells so bad. What kind hotel gave a room to the guests smoking room without getting guest approval specially with 4 years old kid? as I mentioned My reservation was non smoking room. They claimed they don't have any other room and unfortunately I spent my night in that room. Treble experience...
