Great family room, bunks downstairs and double bed upstairs. Staff were great, attention to detail for family was so good. Good food, service and staff. We will return as this was so much better than just sharing a room with kids. Staff and hotel were awesome.

The hotel is is a perfect location, we had a fantastic view, and a couple of the staff we very friendly (particularly one of the guys on reception at night and the people cleaning the rooms). However.. Several of the staff on reception would rude, and unwelcoming, if fact, everything seemed too much trouble. This included several times when the room card and door stopped working, and when we had to make an enquiry about a loyalty card that went missing from the entrance to the room. It wasn’t an important card, but we felt that we were blamed by the reception, for it going missing, without an apology, when they agreed with the last place we had seen it. Further, opposite our room on the top floor, one of the other rooms was converted to kids rooms, meaning we were awoken most days by shouting kids. Not what you expect when paying extra for a room with a balcony / sea view. The rooms are lacking abit of love, with damp (slightly to be expected on the coast). The rooms are also not sound proof, so you hear a lot from other rooms.. We have family living near by, and will be visiting regularly (as will other family members), but don’t plan on coming back to this hotel.
