The front desk person was friendly and helpful. When we enter to our room we couldn't turn on the air conditioner so the gentleman that help us to check in came to help us. The hotel is located in main tourist area. From the train station to the hotel was about 10 minutes. I was happy to know the hotel has cable and our kid enjoyed watching TV at night.
