Booked this resort with the hopes of finishing up my Seoul trip with a day of spa and sauna. All I can say is that I utterly regretted my decision upon stepping foot in the resort. They advertised it as it being a luxurious staycation resort with top of the line service and amenities. I went with great expectations only to be disappointed due to the horrible service from most of the staff we came in contact with. There was a huge crowd in the lobby area waiting to check in. There was no system to put yourself in line to check in. I was only told they would keep our luggage untilI time to check in. I purposefully went in early to take advantage of their restaurants and coffee shop but it was so crowded, loud, and busy that I once again regretted my decision. All the food in all restaurants were highly overpriced. Once checked in by a not friendly hotelier I was once again terribly disappointed in the state of the room. The walls had scratched and peeling off wallpaper, not what you should expect of a 5 star hotel. All youtube videos and ratings were likely done when the hotel once opened. 6 years later the clientele of the resort was mainly of families with small children who come to let their kids run free in the open areas, restaurants and hallways. No peaceful restful 5 star resort vibe in the least. The staff at luxury gift shop were rude and deceitful. Lied that there were no other places to buy a bathing suit other than the ugly, overpriced ones at the shop.

I decided to treat myself to a one night stay at Paradise City at the end of my trip. Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there unless you were a casino member...why? The signage for the shuttle bus was also only provided in Korean. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The downsides were the early check-out time (11am), and the resort only having 3 small elevators (1 going to all levels, 1 going to odd-numbered levels, and 1 going to even-numbered levels....checking out was CHAOS as most elevators were fully packed and we had to wait a long time for one that was available. Considering the size of the resort, and its proximity to the airport (lots of suitcases!), this was a surprise to me. The pools were not as incredible as I thought they would be - the pools were quite small considering the number of guests and so it was very crowded with limited space for swimming...more like dipping. There are also a lot of families bringing their children here, so I wish there was an additional adult pool for those who want to relax. Overall, still a great luxurious stay.

My family stayed here overnight before flying out of Seoul- Incheon. Very convenient. Rooms were delightful. Overall staff was very helpful. English is a little difficult. Restaurants in the hotel are pricey, but the food court in the attached mall has many options. We'd stay here again.

Hotel isn’t foreigner friendly, not 5 star service. Basically they can’t help you with anything and even will charge for slices of lemon. Got food poisoned from the room dining. It’s big and very closed to ICH airport. So many local families with kids come to play takes all the amenities and stuff, restaurants open late and close early if you are visiting and have to get stuff before and after the flight depends on the time there’s nothing but room dining. Which they won’t accommodate what so ever. This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel but more like a casino resort hotel. Places for kids to walk around and play but very weird and wonderland is also really weird. Outside the hotel is better to walk. Hotel service is not kid/family friendly at all nor business friendly. Very slow and dumb. Hard to communicate even in Korean as they don’t do any accommodations.

The hotel is beautiful, and have lots of things to do. But their staff is not personable. For example, we have one toddler and one young children, and tons of luggages, and no staff offered any help with the luggage after we enter the hotel. They seems very business, not caring. They should work on improve it.

The hotel is focused on family. Way too busy, lots of kids. Restaurants are expensive, 5 US dollars for one tiny Chinese dumpling. The food at the food hall was hard to swallow. The dried fish dish (Korean style) smelled awful. And it costed 24 US dollars.
