Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa

Got x2 to parking tickets for $65 each and got told I had parking .. room was so little for a apartment style . Paint missing from walls and shower door didn’t open all the way to get into it . Room and stairs I asked to change rooms as had my crawling / walking baby with me they did it would cost $170 more to change rooms they said they could give me a fire guard to cover the stairs it wasn’t big enough for to cover the stairs

We were here last year everything was good. This year we booked for the same room type 3 months ago and requested to stay next to our friend’s booking. however we were told there are no rooms available close to each other when check in. The first room we stayed had broken windows which will make noise all the night. Spent a lot of time and the technician came and tried to fix it does not work. I only got changed to another room after the third night. So we cannot have good sleep during the first two nights. We also went to the swimming pool, the water looks very dirty. Our friend’s two kids had tummy ache on the night after swimming. My son had ear infection on the night after swimming. We are not sure if it was caused by the pool water. On the last night my daughter went to the pool while all the other kids didn’t go. My daughter had severe stomach ache on the night after swim. She cannot sleep and keep crying. All the other kids are fine because they didn’t swim that day. I do not recommend kids to go to the pool obviously it was not hygiene properly. The second room balcony door cannot lock but we are too tired to change again.

We booked another night at the Hilton. Another night with a disturbed sleep. With no kids and checkout 11am we thought we would hve a sleeping but NO. Kids running up and down hallways banging thrn housekeeping knocking on our door at 9.45am asking if we want fresh towels. Why? We will not be returning in a hurry

Stayed for my birthday, and Hilton would always be my family’s go to, to celebrate special occasions. We waited until 4pm to check in, although not very ideal with a baby, but the lounge is cozy, spacious and with the view out towards the Kelvin Peninsula is enjoyable. The waiting was all worth it when we finally get into our room. The team at the Reception spearheaded by Joshua and the lovely Asian girl (sorry, missed to get her name)— but she was outstanding, very welcoming, always smiles and just that genuine kind of service and exceptionally helpful. You guys made my birthday extra memorable and special. Thank you! They are such a great asset to the Hilton Luxury brand. Kudos to their Housekeeping team as well who presents every detail of the room to its highest standards. Room was small but overall clean and comfortable. Absolutely love the staff at the breakfast service, polite and very friendly, Food were delicious and fresh. We can’t wait for our next stay!

We have a baby living in the hotel, but when we back to Hotel room After we go out 4hours need rest, the room still hasn’t been cleaned,that makes me feel bad

Beautiful location & the room was good for families. A bit dated though. Had to go up to the front desk a couple of times to request coffee replenishment for 2 people as there was only decaf. All the staff we dealt with were great & very accommodating. Definitely recommend getting a deep tissue massage at the spa as well!

Not quite what I expected for the price. Spa needs kid friendly times and adult only times. Lots of kids playing in the pool when we were trying to relax.
