Nû Hotel

Arrived from Mexico City and although I am staying in Veracruz with friends for awhile , I wanted to stay at a hotel the first night. Saw this hotel when I was looking online and remembered it was right behind the bus station. Check in was easy and pleasant. The woman at the desk was very nice. The room is very simple but for the price just what I needed.Decent bed, good shower, very good wifi and I got to watch an NFL game Sunday night in the room.The location is great. There is an Aurrera supermarket 5 minutes or less walking and a few 24 hour places across the street, Oxxo and Guadalajara Pharmacy which offer various items. Lots of good street food down the side street of the bus station and some pretty good restauarants.There is a school next door and you will hear kids playing in the morning but there are worse sounds to be woken up to. I fell back asleep so not too bad.Very convenient hotel and price is right of you are in transit next day at bus station.

It seems that they spend all of their money in decor and forgot about supplies. Uneducated and rude front desk personnel. Cleaning crew were more friendly. Pool is the size of a family jacuzzi. Forget about swimming. Towels are old, stained and ripped.
