City Centro San Luis Potosi

This is a beautiful renovated hotel. The pool areal has an amazing view of the city. It’s clean and the pretty plants give it a homey feel to it. The gym is also very clean. My room was huge. I got it with a balcony view so I could get a breeze, but I couldn’t open the balcony window. The only thing I didn’t like was I ordered room service and the food was completely cold. Not even warm, like it had been sitting there. It took an hour to get our food but the chef did say they were understaffed. It would also be nice if they offered cribs for infants! Overall it was a pleasant stay.

As a family of 4, this hotel was perfect for us! The hotel was very clean, beautiful & very accommodating. Service alone won us. The staff was super helpful, going out of their way to make things easier for us & just provide amazing service. The only issue we had was we were placed in a room that the roof was leaking, we were moved immediately once we brought it to their attention but that was the only negative we experienced. This hotel was remodeled. The pool was on the terrace & came with amazing views, my kids loved it. The weekend breakfast buffet had limited options but they were all really delicious. The location was another plus for us, we could walk in any direction & be in a location we could shop, eat at really nice restaurants, see historic cathedrals, see amazing architecture. We did rent a car & parked our rental in the parking garage that is used for this hotel. It was about a block away but the hotel staff & garage staff made sure we had a spot, would park the car for us & pull it out for us, if it was late at night they would walk with us to make sure we go there safe unbothered. If it was after 9 we would have to notify the hotel we were coming but someone was always there to open the gate or close it after us. Would definitely stay again!
