The staff was amazing. I was traveling with kids and a dog. And they did everything to make the stay so joyful. Especially a thank you to Nico for all his help for all the family.

We loved staying at the Aloft Hotel in Queretaro. Checkin was fast and hassle free, the property is amazing! Nice lobby, restaurants and pool area…family and pet friendly in all aspects… the rooms surpassed our expectations and the food is amazing! Definitely staying at Aloft Hotels more often!
