Hotel Mamá Carlota

This property does not have A/C nor heaters. When walking around in 80-89 degrees Fahrenheit weather you want to a cool room not a room that is hotter than the outside. The room also does not have a refrigerator to keep water cold to refresh yourself and the room also did not have a safe. My kids and I had to stay at another hotel for the remainder of our vacation after 1 unbearable night where we couldn’t sleep because it was so hot. We were not offered a refund. Also, the food that is offered daily with your stay is at a restaurant that is about 10-15 minute walk away. I would never stay there again, I have no idea how they can be in business without A/C or heaters for the winter.
