Four Points By Sheraton Puebla

Upon arrival the staff was very unwelcoming. I had 4 rooms altogether and their was an issue giving us access to the floors since they refuse to put us on the same floor after I told the lady I didn’t care to have a tub in my bathroom that I would rather just have a shower. I mention the holiday inn we had just left had done it and then she decided to do it. My elderly mother fell getting out of the tub and then only then I was able to get a different room. The tub is way higher then the usual ones we are use to here in USA. Another big issue they did not let us use the table by the lobby to eat when there was no one there. They basically told our young kids to pack their McDonald’s and go eat in the room, that unless they were buying drinks at the bar or buying food from the restaurant we couldn’t use the table. The kids are 4 , 9, 13, 16 . Breakfast was another issue bad service, bad food and they had the audacity to ask for a tip after the food was cold, delayed the baby chair never brought. You are better off staying down the road at the Holiday Inn Express IHG hotel. Free breakfast, self service laundromat, and very accommodating staff all around.

When we got there we had 4 rooms total I asked to be in the same floor and they said no because my reservation had a tub. I then told them I didn’t care for a tub they still decided that could not be done. Then I asked to have access to the other floors my family and other kids were staying in they said that could not be done then I mention holiday inn had done it for us then that’s when they decided they could do it. My mother and my niece fell getting out of the tub since it’s higher then normal that’s the only way they were ok to switch rooms. Then later on the kids decided to go get something to eat from McDonald’s and decided to sit at an empty table at the lobby . The staff and the restaurant workers basically kicked them out off the table because they were not allowed to sit there to eat unless they bought something from the restaurant or the bar. My daughter couldn’t even get a spoon when she asked. You pay to be able to use the hotel amenities however that was not the case here. Just save yourself a hassle and stay at the holiday inn express IHG . They give you free breakfast, access to a washer and dryer and the tables for you to be able to sit and enjoy a meal with your family without someone telling you to go eat in the room.
