Hilton Garden Inn Chihuahua

I didn't mind about the high price since it was a "HILTON HOTEL MX." But the staff- specifically the front desk, were so rude and they were definitely not professional at all especially one of the young ladies. She was treating all of my family with attitude, Like she hates her job and no ethics whatsoever. Pool area staff had ridiculous regulations on outside food and drinks, but their menu had very little to offer. Poorly execution of manners. We also ordered a plate of boneless wings and the waiter stated, " I will serve your wings BUT THE PLATE IS PORCELAIN, SO PLEASE DON'T BREAK IT ". Not to mention we only got the room cleaned up once out of the 3 days. The cleaning wasn't even done well, there was a lot of hairs that didnt belong to us under the bathroom sink. Breakfast was also not included ??? A little warning of it not being inculded would have been appreciated. Overall, experience at Hilton Gardens was a 1 out of 5. The only good service we recieved was the parking lot men who washed the cars while we got situated in our room, they were amazing !! Better ethics than the Hotel staff. KEEP IT UP GUYS!

The service was good and staff was attentive, the room was not fully cleaned when we got it, it was dusty and it only had two towels for a family of four the pool on top deck has amazing view of the city and bar is ready when you need a drink. I will definitely will stay there next time.
