When we realized we had lost our credit card we tried calling the contact phone numbers but could not get through....Irene, the leader of this lovely, family run hotel, solved the problem and in a short time we could relax and continue without worrying.

My baby son and I stayed for 2 nights while in Bergamo for a friend's wedding. The hotel was in a really convenient location, and Irene (and her family) made us feel very welcome. Really enjoyed staying there, and would definitely recommend it to friends, and stay there again if/when we return to Bergamo.
