Close to beach Good for family A bit old property but compensated by friendly staff( thank to Nita Oda and Seini who helped in the breakfast to get masala tea and hot milk for our toddler) Worth the stay

Overall was a good stay with the best location in Kuta . Great room comfort and well trained staff . Breakfast was also really tasty with great spread and beautiful view from the pool directly to Kuta beach with it's sunset . Close to Beachwalk mall , stores , and restaurants . Just have to cross the street to access the beach, very dirty at this time of the year . Was wondering why the city is not cleaning up all the garbage from the beach since their main revenue is from tourism . My only complain is about having issues when using GRAB or UBER because they were all afraid of the tour and transportation desk people in front of the hotel . We always had to walk to the MC Donald near by and it's 100 meters away . I hope their managers would act about this "mafia" tour desk . Also let me reminding you that using transportation APP for short distance would save you a min. of 20% comparing to local taxis and perhaps 50-100% if booking with the tour desk unless you want to use for the whole day with a private driver in that case the cost cannot be more than IDR 600 000 / day including driver's lunch so be aware . I live in Indonesia since 10 years and I know all their rates . Also many times with my family we could'nt access to their basement lobby because so many cars were parked there and very tight to one another . They should have a clear path for their customers staying at the hotel . Hopefully my comments will make Accor management act right away .

My stay was amazing! The hotel itself was directly facing kuta beach that is a plus point. Shopping area was a walking distance, food was just right down the hotel. Beaches was just walking distance, you could even rent a bike which I did nearby to go to Seminyak Beach that was 20mins away. The room itself was awesome and spacious.I got myself the junior suites and it was huge!! Exactly like how I saw in the photos. The hotel staffs even served us with complimentary desserts and served us with a birthday cake as it was my fiance birthday. Breakfast choice was huge too! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again!
