Great for our family of 4. Easy to get around and lots of options for the kids on site. Staff very welcoming and accomodating. Inclusive breakfasthas a great range of choices, daily price of other food and drinks not especially cheap once added taxes but that is reflective of the area. Pool area is fantastic with large pool areas and shade to relax. We would definately book again.

Everything was wonderful to live up to its reputation as a Grand Hyatt. The staff were friendly and the facilities were also comfortable for families to use. We used a minivan from the airport to the resort with the help of the hotel staff. We paid the driver 450,000 IDR in cash, but he later mentioned differently that he said only 7,000 IDR were tipped later. I hope the hotel will pay a little more attention to prevent this happening. Aside from this unfortunate incident, our family had a great time at the resort.

What a stunning property, the welcome drink and cold towels were well received by all of my family after a long trip. The buffet breakfast was delicious and full of fantastic variety. Would highly recommend to everyone.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Bali for a family vacation, and we were very satisfied with the resort's scale, proximity to the beach, and excellent service from all the staff, who were very friendly. The facilities were safe and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience.

When we first checked in into our room, the bed had stains on it and the bathroom had smudges of sauce/blood. We asked them to come to clean it. Then we realised the fridge was not working and kids couldn’t have the milk as it was warm and they came and replaced fridge. Also the pillows were very high and a low amount. For a 5 star hotel it should have enough staff but there are hardly any staff around to help you or for you to order. Keep away as it is not worse the money.

Great place. Excellent pool, very well done and beautiful. Great slide for the kids. Nice beach. Italian restaurant is very good. Staff is wonderful. Overall, an awesome place. One downside: King bed is two twins pushed together, and it is very hard. Not a plush soft bed. Slept fine in it, but expected something different.

Hotel staff are very nice and kids friendly place. Close to Bali Collection shopping mall & Beach front and feeling real relaxing Only negative is room is little bit old. But nice and clean. I love the hotel Definitely I will stay again.
