Zefi Hotel & Suites

The staff in this hotel is great. They’re friendly, helpful, professional, patient and courteous. In particular however, we had one person at the front office who keeps eyes on everything to make sure it is working as it should, her name is Angela, and, she is a real angel. She was particularly instrumental helping us as my kid got sick on our first day there. She arranged for the doctor, checked, followed up and through in every detail and full filled every promise and plan. This speaks mountains to her ethics and the vision of this hotel regarding customer service and hospitality. Thank you so much. The food is just delicious, their breakfast is superb. They checked all the boxes even though we were there during a heat wave and didn’t get out at all, it was a good experience when it could have been unsatisfactory. They made all efforts to make it good. Efcharisto.

disappointing in a few ways, we booked and paid for a premium room with a pool view, we didn’t get this room, our original room (35) that we were shown was then given to a family as they didn’t like their room and we were moved, to a room without a pool view, also it was our honeymoon this was on the booking but wasn’t recognised, I have been a gold customer previously now I’m a silver, no perks what so ever for us, treated not reasonably, didn’t get what I paid for
