Creta Palm Hotel

There wasnt enough parking, dinner buffe style was okay, Air-condition broke and i had to wait until the next day to be fixed with 2 toddlers..

Great location and views. Some places need more maintenance like the kids room ( humidity on the walls)

location of hotel is good. its an apart hotel with kitchen in the rooms. very feasible for families. service and everything is good

This is a good quality 3 star hotel. Not sure of they have double beds as we had twins pushed together, which was a bit annoying. The food and drink are good, and the location is excellent. The room/suite is huge with all amenities you would need. Would stay here again. Suitable for couples, friends and families.

The apartments were really ok, nothing fancy but absolutely ok for the price - had everything you needed and was perfectly clean. Also baby cot and high chain was in place in the before we arrived, which was super nice. I wouldn’t call it a 4 start hotel, maybe more a 3. Very much a family holiday resort, with all that goes with that - not really for me. Only tried breakfast which was boring, low quality, limited selection and always the same. All the staff was really nice - throughout the hotel.

The property is perfect for family vacations! Reminds me of all inclusive in the Caraïbes. Very well located, all you need on site and people really care about your comfort while you are there

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. My friend and I were lucky enough to be able to book a week long holiday to Crete in August. We were reading reviews about Creta Palm and thought that it would be a good choice of hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcome. The reception staff were friendly and informative. You can see straight away that all the necessary safety precautions have been taken - sanitising stations / plastic screens etc. We arrived in our room which was spotless. The linen was clean and honestly there was nothing to fault about the room. The air conditioning was free and powerful. Extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe if needed. A safe for a fee and a large balcony. We booked a one bedroom apartment with a sea / pool view. There’s also a kitchenette with a friend and enough cutlery / glassware for a family. We booked half board and would recommend this. There was a huge choice of food for breakfast both hot and cold food. The dinner buffet also had a great selection that was delicious. The menu for each day was nicely displayed at the entrance to our apartment block. The one thing that really makes this hotel so nice is the staff. Every single of one of them were exceptional. (With a special mention for Stella in the restaurant.) If you’re looking for a relaxing get away with a friendly atmosphere that has something for everyone, Creta Palm should be top of the list. Very enjoyable, family friendly experience! I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-3.5 star, because the rooms are a little dated. The highlight was the pool, the kids spent hours there. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice treat and convenient in the morning, with different selection each day. We didn't do all inclusive, but the food at the resort was very affordable, e.g. an entree and a drink for only 9 Euros. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, no frills and good value!
