First time in Crete with my family of four! Rooms were spacious and had also had half bath! Views from the 6th floor were beautiful! Staff (Salvatore and Yanni) were extremely helpful! Salvatore told us the top places to eat and where to go during our stay in Chania! Hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants! We got the package that included breakfast which was a great idea! The young host at the restaurant was super sweet and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious! The gym was small but adequate to get a quick workout in while on vacation! Overall had a very enjoyable experience at this hotel!

We stayed there for 3 nights in junior suite with 1 child. Hotel is nicely located near old town and beach. Hotel is modern and suite with pool was really nice. Unfortunately AC (air conditioning) had problems and needed to be fixed. We got movable AC-device for 2nd night, which helped a bit with temperature, but was really noisy. This problem had a big impact on our experience, while 2/3 nights we slept pretty bad.
