My Elderly mother and I have stayed at the holiday inn in Gibraltar for 4 years .. it’s so excellent that we don’t even hold to thing about anything apart from having fun and seeing family in gib . All the staff Are so lovely and professional.. we will miss them .

Its only a 10min walk from centre of Gibralter. Also a short bus or cab journey to several beaches, Best one for kids Sandy Bay

We're a family of four: 2 adults and 2 kids ages 2 years and 5 years old. We booked a room for three. When we arrived the hotel saw we are four, when the fourth person is our baby of 2 years old !!!! They said we cant sleep 4 in a room. So we booked another room, Paid full price and never used it! Have to say that our room was huge with a huge sofa bed and 4 people could sleep there perfectly. It just felt like a robbery . Very very very disappoining

Me and my two children stayed here for 6 nights and it was just perfect.. The room was comfortable and extremely clean,room was cleaned every single day and staff were so lovely and friendly.. Would highly recommend 😊

Had beef lasagne for my evening meal. I had to send it back as it was stone cold in the middle. Got another which was hot enough. But by midnight I was vomiting. Obviously the cook doesn't use a temperature probe. Otherwise can't fault the place. Lovely and clean and good facilities. Staff were friendly but didn't seem over bothered by the fact that I was unwell. We were meeting our family the next day off a cruise ship and it spoilt my day because I was feeling unwell. It's a basic food rule to make sure it is heated thoroughly and piping hot when served. Would recommend hotel otherwise.

We had a lovely stay. The only things we wanted to point out was: - we booked for 2 adults and 1 child but the room was tiny! Literally no room to move around the beds unless 2 of us were sat on a bed waiting for the other to move. - no clothes storage other than 4 shirt hangers....we had to live out a suitcase for the 5 days! - were told at check-in that there was 24hr room service but when you tried to order you were told to collect from the bar in X amount of minutes and you weren't allowed to take the food to your room? - mattresses were really hard, springy and uncomfortable! I know its more of a budget hotel but 100% need new and better mattresses!!
