Casa De Alba Hotel Boutique

My kids and I stayed at Casa De Alba for 4 nights in early June. We found the room and hotel in line with the online description. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was super helpful and responsive. We appreciated breakfast which was filling and delicious. The front desk always gave good recommendations and booked the walking and beach tours for us. The location was also extremely convenient. Overall, an A+! We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Casa De Alba was perfect. The property is absolutely gorgeous, located right in the center of historic old town Cartagena. The service was incredible. I can't say enough about the amazing and always friendly staff. Antonio was extremely helpful in showing us around the city, making dinner arrangements, island tour, and more. Jorge in my opinion is the best bartender in Cartagena! The food was also fabulous, and you couldn't beat the view/ambience having breakfast on the 2 floor balcony in the morning. We came with 2 children, and everyone had a great time. We look forward to coming back. Thank you to all the staff that I did not mention. Everyone was awesome! Made this last stop on our 3 city tour the perfect end to our vacation.

Casa De Alba was extremely well located in the heart of the Walled City. Walking distance to all major sites within the walled city and fantastic atmosphere. We received a welcome drink which made us feel at home from the first moment we walked in. The service was extremely personalized and it felt as if we had our own 24 hour butler. The local cuisine breakfast which was included was top notch. The best part is that was cooked to order, and for a family of three including a child it was very important to have that option. In addition, the quality of the drinks from the bar was like no other. I highly recommend to Mojito by the pool. Hernan, Baker, Antonio, Juan, and Milton (staff) were more than incredible and we will definitely be coming back for a longer stay.
