Copperstone Resort

The AC didn’t work 2 out of the four days. The air filter also needed replacement. No one came to look at the AC but it was a long weekend. The room was spacious and its only a 5 minute drive into Canmore, which we enjoyed more than Banff. Overall the area is very picturesque with mountains everywhere. We had two bedrooms with queen and king which worked out well for 2 adults and three small kids. Alberta’s Rocky Mountains are an amazing experience.

We are repeat customers at Copperstone for a reason - the sites are clean and beautiful and have AC. Good parking. The front desk staff have always been great each year. We have always liked the other families we have met onsite. Staying just outside Canmore is convenient - we have to jump in our truck to get to trail heads anyways.

This is a place highly recommended if you are travelling to Banff area... we arrived to the place late and was given instructions by email and the place felt like home. Hope next time we can stay longer and enjoy the amenities they had to offer but had an itinerary Looking forward to come back with more family and friends

Good experience. The place was large enough for our whole family and had all the kitchen amenities. The outside fire place was not functioning, which was a disappointment but over all a good stay. The location is right off the highway . Unfortunately, there are no grocery stores or restaurants close by ( except for the gas station around the corner ), so we had to drive to Canmore for food and supplies.

We loved our stay at Copperstone Resort. The place was very clean and there was an indoor garage. The kitchen had nice & new appliances and had everything we needed - plates, utensils, pans, chopping boards, etc. We had a laundry room with washer & dryer, but no detergent so we just had to buy. There were 3 bedroooms, which was really perfect for our family of 5.

Absolutely perfect place for our family as we adventured & hiked through Canmore & Banff for the week.

This location is an easy-peazy 8 minutes drive to Canmore, and so much more affordable than Canmore! The property is so quiet and peaceful. We fell in love with this place instantly upon our arrival. The property itself is so clean throughout and our hotel unit #3208 was super clean and inviting. Nothing was missing in the kitchen or rooms; and everything in our hotel unit worked perfectly. The staff work only few hours per day, but they are super courteous and helpful. Parking is located safely underground with a secret coded garage gate that only guests know. The entertainment center television includes Amazon Prime, Disney and a bunch of other Internet TV apps at no additional charge! Washer and dryer work great. Everything was great. The only negative thing about our trip was that 3 days was not long enough! God willing, we shall return and make it at least a week’s stay! Come stay here at Copperstone with your family. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing place to stay with family. We made great use of the living and kitchen space. Unfortunately it's quite far from most attractions in the Banff (30 min)/Jasper (2 hrs) area, so we had to do quite a bit of driving. However this does not take away from the great value for the cleanliness, space, and proximity. Would definitely stay again if I were to visit the Banff area.

My daughters and I just spent 3 nights at the resort. We prefer to stay at Copperstone Resort vs. in Canmore or Banff. It’s a quiet and relaxing place. Overall we were very happy as usual. Unfortunately, my one daughter was kept up after quite hours by a big family in the room beside us, but that’s just due to people who don’t have any consideration of others around them. I tell everyone I know about the resort and will continue to go with my daughters! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This resort is great for families. Lots of space and having more than one bathroom is a huge bonus. The location is very convenient and quiet.
